- Head of Actuarial Function

We can provide the complete actuarial function or only the most
senior part of the function. We can calculate mathematical
reserves, individual capital assessments, assess risk of writing new
policy types, discuss and help the Board formulate policy. All
advice is auditable.
- With Profits Actuary

We can provide full support to the With Profits Committee of the
Board on the establishment of parameters controlling bonus rate policy
and on the full range of decisions the WPC will need to make. We
can provide fully compliant and fully auditable advice.
- Review Actuary

We are able to provide full review actuary support to auditors
or to Boards requiring peer review of the With Profits Actuary
role. We are keen to make sure that our service is cost
effective and we fully understand the requirements of establishing a
rigorous audit process that is risk based and comprehensive.
- Actuarial Projects

We are happy to carry out one off actuarial projects for
firms. This would include product development, feasibility
studies (offshore subsidiaries, new product and distribution
strategies) and business planning. We are happy to work in
conjunction with other disciplines and can supply members of a project
team with other disciplines if required. We know how to fit our
team into your normal structure to avoid conflicts and wasted time.
- Compliance Support

We are experienced on pensions review decommissioning, FSAVC
review decommissioning as well as the more difficult and problematic
areas of mortgage endowment review loss assessment. We can audit
other reviews to a high standard. We can also supply
comprehensive and experienced views on SYSC audit for FSA purposes.
