Pension and FSAVC Review

There is still a steady flow of an odd number of cases per month from our clients here.  We can carry out just the actuarial loss and redress assessment or we can include data collection, offer letter and compliance assessment.  We have been involved in these reviews since late 1994.  We have a high rate of quality achieved.  We continue to maintain software and experienced team members.  We are cost effective especially against maintaining capability in house and against the remaining consultancies in the market.  Fixed fee contracts are available at 40+ cases. 

Mortgage Endowment Review and Complaints Support.

We can provide all of the number side of the mortgage endowment review.  In our experience, the software packages do not allow correctly (without work arounds) for the different ways that building societies charge interest and work their repayment mortgages.  We can deal with complex calculations.  Again, fixed fee contracts are available if the flow is great enough but we are happy taking on small numbers of cases on hourly rate contracts.

SYSC Review.

We have experience and abilities at looking at key internal processes and procedures in a life office.  Unit pricing, new business and claims processing as well as core risk assessment and controls by senior management.
